Multi Organs

The recommended dose is 6 capsules per day , as indicated on the label.

Liver

The recommended dosage, according to various studies, is 6 capsules per day, corresponding to a daily microdose of organ meats (for the liver, 15-20 grams of raw product per day). This does not preclude the use of lower doses; for example, 4 capsules per day work very well. In any case, we do not recommend overdosing. The capsules should be consumed all at once with a glass of still water, but they can also be divided throughout the day (e.g., 2 capsules at breakfast, 2 capsules at lunch, and 2 capsules at dinner).

Testicles with Oysters

6-8 capsules per day. The jar contains 240 capsules. You can choose the dose based on your goals: 8 capsules per day lasts 30 days, while 6 capsules last 40 days .

It depends on your goals. Liver is excellent for increasing dietary iron intake (not just for those with anemic conditions), for higher ferritin levels (e.g., athletes, women, endurance athletes, etc.), for more vitamin A, thus strengthening the immune system, and for increased energy to combat chronic fatigue. If this is your first time supplementing with organ capsules, we recommend starting with the liver, as our ancestors did, since it was the first part of the hunted animal consumed and shared with the tribe.

Testicles with hardened oxtails, on the other hand, are excellent for increased hormone production, especially androgens, and for increasing muscle mass. This is beneficial for weightlifters and resistance athletes, adults with low testosterone, and women with low androgen levels (e.g., menopause). Testicles are ideal for those seeking athletic performance and increased sexual libido.

Collagen is a superfood that has become a must-have in the modern diet, where most people are deficient (especially after age 30). It is essential for healthy bones, joints, skin, hair, and nails, as well as for intestinal health and to strengthen the immune system (glycine).

Grass-fed proteins are the true "top-quality proteins" for muscle growth and maintenance. They're a much better protein source than whey (the most common and affordable), egg proteins, and plant proteins (these wouldn't even be considered for us, e.g., soy, pea). They're allergen-free (lactose, egg, soy) and easily digested because they're hydrolyzed and contain meat proteins.

There's no ideal time to take organ meats: they're food in capsule form. They can be taken on an empty stomach in the morning or between meals, or even during a meal like lunch, dinner, or breakfast. The key is to be consistent with their intake, trying not to skip days: you'll notice greater benefits in the long run. However, we recommend choosing a specific time of day to supplement and sticking to it, so as to build a routine, such as every day before or after training, or with breakfast.

You should start eating or supplementing with animal organs—fresh or in capsules—as soon as possible, as they are the richest and most nutrient-dense foods in the world, especially if they come from pastured animals like ours. Supplement organ meats in capsules consistently for at least a month, and you'll immediately notice the difference in energy, vitality, and performance. Furthermore, organ meats should be a fundamental part of the human diet, given that our ancestors consumed them for millions of years, while today we have abandoned or forgotten about them.

Yes. Our nutritionist , Dr. Samuele Valentini, confirms: the products are doping-free and free from possible contamination , and have already been used by elite athletes who have undergone anti-doping tests. Among our products, colostrum and bull testicles can support endocrine function but have no contraindications regarding doping. (Dr. Valentini, an athlete and cyclist, has been tested with good results; his wife also uses them.)

Note for athletes subject to testing: As a precaution, always consult with your team doctor , check your federation's current anti-doping regulations , and retain the product's batch number and proof of purchase .

General information for our Tribe 🌞: This is not medical or legal advice. For competitive decisions, follow the procedures of your Federation and your medical team.

In general (non-medical) terms, we prefer a step-by-step approach with athletes, remembering that the basis always remains nutrition, sleep, light, and stress management .

A typical progression is:

1. Liver or Multi Organs

First step as a “natural multivitamin” :

  • liver = vitamin A, B12, iron, folate, copper, zinc
  • heart = coenzyme Q10 and B vitamins
  • kidney = B12, selenium, folate

Very rich in nutrients with minimal caloric intake.

2. Colostrum

Second step, for those who want to nutritionally support the intestines, immune system, and recovery during periods of greater stress or strain.

3. Bull's testicles

Next step, to be considered when the base is in place and you want to work more finely on the hormonal/energy sphere , often during the competitive season or particularly intense phases.

In any case, we recommend:

  • follow the instructions on the label ,
  • evaluate personal tolerance ,
  • Consult your doctor or nutritionist if you have any medical conditions, are taking any medications, or have any abnormal tests.

Absolutely. If you have trouble swallowing capsules, you can open them and pour the contents directly onto food, such as meat, but also into smoothies, protein shakes, or pancakes, to name a few.

100% grass-fed and grass-finished bovine organs, nothing else. This means you won't find any stabilizers, emulsifiers, sweeteners, artificial flavors, or other chemical additives or fillers, unlike what you might find in most wellness and sports supplements on the market.

The capsules are made from 100% bovine gelatin, and we're proud of it . It's a natural substance that's easily digested and absorbed by the body. We chose this natural "container" because it facilitates the absorption of its organ contents, unlike other plant-based compounds that can interfere with proper digestion. It also makes the product 100% animal-based.

Each freeze-dried grass-fed bovine liver capsule contains 750 mg of product. Generally, a 6-capsule serving (4500 mg total) contains approximately 1.35 mg of iron. However, this amount may vary slightly during the freeze-drying process of the liver.

It's important to remember that the iron in beef liver is "heme iron," which is highly bioavailable (meaning the body absorbs and utilizes it more easily). This is different from the "non-heme" iron found in plant foods like spinach, which the body has difficulty absorbing effectively. Therefore, beef liver iron is generally more efficient at meeting the body's iron needs than plant-based iron.

Exact values may vary slightly depending on each head (all grass-fed cattle).

In 6 capsules of freeze-dried grass-fed beef liver (4500 mg) you will find approximately the following micronutrients:

Vitamin A3024 µg -> 3024 µg

Vitamin B12 -> 14.96 µg

Iron -> 1.35 mg

Copper -> 2.16 mg

Folate (Vitamin B9) -> 52.2 µg

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) -> 0.75 mg

Niacin (Vitamin B3) -> 3.15 mg

Phosphorus -> 85.7 mg

These values represent a rough estimate of the main micronutrients present in 4.5 g of freeze-dried bovine liver.

No, you don't need to do strength training to supplement with bull testicles . The product is designed for both sexes, at all stages of life (except children), and for any situation, even for non-athletes. Bull testicles are particularly useful in cases of injury or a sedentary lifestyle, as they help maintain adequate muscle mass and prevent muscle catabolism. Furthermore, they are often used by athletes during injury recovery to maintain healthy hormone production.

All our ingredients come from pasture-raised or grass-fed cattle. These are extensive farms that respect natural rhythms and allow the cattle to graze freely outdoors. Animal welfare is our strength and the element that defines us: it will never be negotiable in our corporate culture.

We're trying to create our new products with Italian grass-fed beef. However, it's not that simple because grass-fed beef is still in its infancy in Italy, but we want to be pioneers. More news soon...

Yes, people with nickel intolerance can take liver supplements without fear of side effects. Although liver is a source of nickel, the amount present in the six daily capsules is minimal and therefore does not pose significant risks. The benefits of liver supplementation outweigh the risks, given that the daily nickel intake is negligible.

Yes, however, we recommend keeping the dose low, such as 1-2 capsules per day. It's best to use testicles only in certain cases in children (such as growth retardation) or under medical or nutritional advice.

This is a natural formation due to the delicate freeze-drying process, which allows the organs in question to be cold-dried. This can sometimes lead to the formation of small clumps of dried material, which do not pose any digestive or health problems but are a natural part of the product. Testicles, in particular, are more difficult to dry completely, which is why these clumps, similar to pieces of paper, may appear: however, they are 100% testicles or other organs.

Our collagen is sourced from grass-fed cattle, fed primarily on grass, without the use of grains, GMOs, hormones, or antibiotics. This choice guarantees a higher-quality, cleaner, and nutritionally more complete raw material.

Production begins with the selection of collagen-rich parts such as skin, bones, and cartilage, which are subjected to a slow and controlled extraction process, similar to the traditional preparation of bone broth. This occurs at low temperatures and constant pressure to best preserve the nutritional properties of the native collagen.

The next step is enzymatic hydrolysis: a treatment with natural enzymes that breaks down the long protein molecules into collagen peptides, which are smaller fragments that are easily absorbed by the body. This process makes the hydrolyzed collagen highly digestible and bioavailable.

The resulting liquid is then filtered and purified using ultrafiltration systems that remove impurities, fats, and unwanted residues. The result is a clear, clean, and concentrated solution.

At this point, we proceed with spray drying: the liquid collagen is sprayed with hot air and transformed into a fine, odorless and flavorless powder, soluble in cold or hot water, perfect for adding to drinks, smoothies, or recipes.

Finally, the powder is packaged in controlled-contamination environments to ensure its purity and optimal preservation over time, without the use of additives or preservatives.

The end result is 100% pure, easily absorbed collagen, ideal for supporting the health of skin, joints, muscles, and the digestive system. Each batch is traceable, tested, and manufactured to high quality standards.

Grass-fed hydrolyzed bovine collagen is composed exclusively of collagen peptides (types I and III), obtained from grass-fed cattle. It is extremely pure, additive-free, and formulated to support skin, joints, bones, and connective tissue.

Grass-fed Bone Broth , on the other hand, is obtained from the dried and concentrated broth powder made from grass-fed beef bones (Sweden). It contains collagen and gelatin (derived from bones, tendons, and cartilage), as well as minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and other micronutrients naturally present in bones.

In summary:

  • Collagen is “just the peptides” very specific, concentrated and purified.
  • The broth powder is more complex: it includes collagen + gelatin + minerals taken from the bones themselves.
  • If you're looking for a targeted collagen intake without additional components, choose the collagen product. If you want a more "complete" supplement that adds bone minerals in addition to collagen, broth is a better choice.

Histamine intolerance is often caused by reduced activity of the DAO enzyme, which breaks down histamine. Therefore, it's helpful to limit histamine-rich, fermented, or stale foods and perform personal tolerance tests.

The main “low histamine” guidelines recommend fresh, well-preserved meats and highlight that histamine is formed through spoilage/fermentation ; conversely, aged, processed, or ground products tend to be more at risk (in meats).

Applying these principles to protein powders, many people with sensitivities prefer plain, unflavored powders . In our case, the “Pure 100%” version contains only hydrolyzed beef protein (without sweeteners/flavorings), while the Cocoa and Vanilla flavors add extra ingredients ( cocoa is one of the foods to avoid on low-histamine diets).

How to test them safely (general advice):

  1. Choose “Pure 100%” meat protein .
  2. Start with ½ serving in water on a “good” day, observe 24–48h.
  3. If tolerated, gradually increase the dose. If symptoms appear, discontinue and discuss alternatives with your healthcare provider. (Tolerance is individual, and evidence on "histamine and supplements" is still limited.)

Response from Dr. Samuele Valentini (professional opinion)

“The best way to increase ferritin stores is not through chemically synthesized supplements, such as Ferrograd or Tardifer, because they can damage the gastric lining and intestines.
For this reason, the best thing is to supplement with the natural food richest in iron in the world: liver .
However, since iron is sensitive to preparation processes, I recommend taking it through cold drying and not as a fresh food that should be cooked.
I have already treated several cases of iron deficiency and anemia with 6 liver capsules per day for a minimum of 90 days .
I don't know anything about your health or your ferritin levels, so this is general advice that works in many cases.
Good integration Doctor Samuele Valentini

Important warnings:

  • If you have very low ferritin, anemia , are pregnant/breastfeeding , take medications, or have conditions such as iron overload , talk to your doctor first.
  • Dr. Valentini's recommendations are general and do not constitute a prescription. Each treatment plan must be customized by your treating professional.

General response (information, not medical):

Liver is one of the foods naturally richest in heme iron (generally more bioavailable than non-heme iron). Supplementing your diet with freeze-dried liver capsules can be a food-first support . That said, low ferritin should always be evaluated by your doctor to understand the causes and determine whether a course of therapeutic iron supplementation or other interventions is necessary. Follow the directions on the product label and assess your individual tolerance .

Note: This is general information for the Tribe; it does not replace the advice of your doctor.

Liver is among the foods most dense in micronutrients (iron, vitamin A, B12, folate, zinc). Freeze-dried liver capsules are a convenient option for those who don't often consume fresh liver.

Some people prefer small daily quantities (3 capsules per day) while remaining within the instructions on the label (max 6 capsules per day)

This information is general and does not replace medical advice .

(General response from our nutritionist, Dr. Samuele Valentini – it's not a medical prescription)

For those who run regularly (10km, half marathons, marathons) the main focus is connective tissue (tendons, ligaments, joints) , the immune system and micronutrients.

In general:

Grass-fed bovine collagen

  • 15 g per day in general,
  • up to 20 g per day during loading/strengthening periods.
  • On days with quality work (repetitions, hills, strength): it can be useful to take it 30–60 minutes before training , with a small source of vitamin C.
  • On other days, what matters most is daily consistency (morning or evening, whichever is most convenient for you).

Liver in capsules or Multi Organs

  • First step as a “food-based” support for iron, B12, folate and other cofactors important for energy and performance.
  • Generic example often used by nutritionists: 6 capsules per day for cycles of approximately 3 months , always following the instructions on the label.

Colostrum

  • Interesting in the winter and training load periods ,
  • as general support for the immune system and intestines .
  • Indicative example: 5 g per day .

Bone broth

  • Extra collagen and minerals ,
  • Often used in the evening (about 15g in warm water ) during more intense periods, as part of a recovery routine.

Bull's testicles

  • Evaluated based on blood values and hormonal context ,
  • in general they can be alternated with liver, especially when approaching the competitive season (e.g. 3-month cycles with 6–8 capsules per day , always respecting the label).

Consult your doctor or nutritionist , especially if you have any medical conditions, medications, or abnormal tests.

These guidelines are general , designed for our tribe of athletes who want to stay as close to real food as possible. They do not replace medical advice or constitute a personalized prescription.
