Yes, the colostrum we use comes from ethical sources within the European Union, where strict animal welfare standards are in place.
As per EU regulations, calves always have priority: they receive all the colostrum they need immediately after birth – usually within the first few hours.
Only excess colostrum — that produced beyond the calf's needs — is collected and processed.
This way we ensure that the animal's health and well-being are never put at risk.
There are no particular contraindications.
Obviously, colostrum contains lactose as it is the first milk, but here we have a lactose that is much more digestible than "industrial milk". Ours is from pasture-raised cows and is generally tolerated very well... so what we recommend is to start with a lower dose (3g, a level teaspoon) for a month and see the response.
Furthermore, it has been “gently” freeze-dried to keep all its precious nutritional properties intact, such as growth factors and immunoglobulins, etc.

Recommended dose : 1 teaspoon per day (3-5 grams) *, mixed with water, milk, kefir or protein shake ( it is always better not to heat it ).
You can also take it like this, like a “shot”: put a teaspoon of colostrum in your mouth and then wash it down with a glass of water or other drink.
We recommend taking it at certain times of the day:

Yes. Our colostrum is doping-free and free of possible contamination , and has already been used by elite athletes undergoing anti-doping tests. It can physiologically stimulate certain endocrine functions, but has no contraindications in terms of doping.
